Coffee for Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Coffee
  • 1 cup Cow’s Milk, Whole (or your favorite type)
  • 1 Banana (medium)
  • 2 tbsps Almond Butter (or your favorite type)
  • 1/4 cup Pitted Dates (or 2 Tbs. pure maple syrup)
  • 1/4 cup Protein Powder
  • 4 cups Ice Cubes

Directions

Place all the ingredients except the ice in a blender. Blend until smooth. Add the crushed ice and blend once more until thick. Enjoy!
