Snickers Valentine Truffles

Directions:

  1. In a food processor, combine the pitted dates, peanut butter, rolled oats, vanilla extract,
    and a pinch of salt. Blend until the mixture is smooth and sticky.

  2. Take small portions of the mixture and roll them into bite-sized balls. Place them on a
    baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  3. For that classic Snickers crunch, press a few chopped peanuts into the top of each ball.

  4. Melt the dark chocolate chips in 30-second intervals. Coat the bites in chocolate.

  5. Place baking sheet in the fridge for 30 minutes.
