Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup All Natural Peanut Butter
  • 3 tbsps Honey
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup Oats (rolled)
  • 1/4 cup Ground Flax Seed
  • 1/4 cup Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
  • 2 tbsps Raisins
  • 2 tbsps Dark Chocolate Chips (minis)
  • 2 ozs Chocolate Candies (m&m’s)

Directions

  1. Add the first three ingredients (peanut butter, honey, vanilla) to a medium bowl. Mix until
    smooth.
  2. Add the dry ingredients (oats, flaxseed meal, shredded coconut) to the bowl. Hand mix
    until well combined.
  3. Fold in raisins, dark chocolate chips, and chocolate candies. Use a small scooper to form 12 bites.
  4. Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. May freeze for longer keep.
